Will is the President and Founder of Matthews Performance Group (MPG) Coaching, a Board Certified Professional Coach, and an inspiring speaker. Will has blended his passion for helping people with his twenty-five year career in management, sales, marketing and Organizational Change Management, to develop an effective system for getting people and organizations to break through to the results they really want.
Will has coached executives and teams within Fortune 100 companies, as well as entrepreneurs and business owners from startups to established companies. He is a trained Anthony Robbins Company Elite Results Coach and has served on theCoach Training Alliance, the Membership Committee of the National Speakers Association (NSA) in Denver, and as President of the Denver chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Mandy Keene
Mandy has been coaching clients of all ages and backgrounds, personally and professionally, for more than ten years. She received much of her professional training by working directly with numerous high-profile and pioneering trainers in the motivational and self-development industries and has more than 12,000 hours of experience.
Mandy has coached in China, Europe, Australia, Dubai, Canada, and the United States of America on everything from starting and growing one’s own business to achieving financial goals, overcoming limiting beliefs, reaching fitness goals and building supportive and passionate relationships. Mandy is also certified in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Ian is a loving husband, proud father, and a gifted coach, trainer, and speaker. He comes from a diverse professional background and has coached over 11,000 hours with people from 26 countries and all walks of life, including CEO’s, gold medal athletes, bestselling authors, investors, successful business owners and new entrepreneurs.
Ian is a CCE Board Certified Coach and is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He has found that we all have a similar set of basic desires: greater health and wealth, a strong sense of contribution, passionate relationships and time to enjoy life. He knows what it takes for people to have the experiences that they want in their personal life while building to new levels of success professionally and financially.

Dave Momper
Dave Momper combines over 15 years experience in sales, account services, marketing, leadership development and strategic branding. His focus is on propelling individuals and teams to accomplish to significant goals, both personally and professionally.
Early in his career while working as a sales executive for a coaching and training consulting firm, Dave became inspired by how the coaching process could help to amplify the potential in everyone no matter where they were in their journey. He quickly learned the importance of emotional intelligence (encompassing personal development, mindfulness, empathy, compassion and conviction just to name a few factors), building resilience and sculpting a bulletproof mindset. Dave now brings these critical human factors to the table and helps his clients to expand their leadership styles and execute on high-stakes business initiatives.
Dave has coached clients in a broad range of industries including creatives, technologists, entrepreneurs, business professionals, visionaries and artists. He is an expert at effectively leading people through a process that provides specific exercises and action plans to discover, identify and achieve the ultimate vision for their life and career.
When Dave is not coaching clients, you can find him exploring the outdoors, trail running through the tall pines of Colorado, trying his hand at photography and striving for the title of “Best Uncle in the Universe.”
Ryan Mehaffey
Ryan Mehaffey has created success and accumulated a vast skill set and knowledge base in the business world that he utilizes in his coaching engagements to help his clients know where they are headed, why they are headed there, and how they are going to get there.
Over the span of his corporate career he has impacted growth for companies including Red Bull, Harley Davidson and Northwestern Mutual in countries and markets around the world including Europe, China, India and almost every corner of the United States.
As a coach, Ryan focuses on accelerating success for clients and instilling impactful and lasting results using a combination of strategy, planning, mindset and process improvement. He helps clients create a clear-cut vision of their goals and weaves in expert knowledge of business success tools, leadership development and personal breakthroughs.
Ryan describes his highlight moments in his career as the times when he was able to coach others into success on their own. The moments that stick out to him are not of his own success, but of the times when others have reached out to him to let him know they’ve hit their goals as a result of Ryan’s coaching.
During his off time, Ryan’s still in coaching mode as he leads a high school ultimate frisbee program. Entering his fourth year as head coach, he has taken the team all the way to top 5 in Division 1 in Colorado. The team has won the Spirit Award two years in a row, which is given to the team that displays the highest level of sportsmanship, integrity, character, and humility. If he’s not on the field, you can find Ryan blazing up the side of one of Colorado’s many mountains with his wife Kyra and their Husky Nika.
